Bimetal Band Saw Blade Wikus Germany Proflex M42

PROFLEX is the bi-metal saw blade from WIKUS for use in cutting profiles.

It has been proving itself in the marketplace for many years and is known for its cost-efficiency and long blade life.

To further improve sawing of steel girders, the tooth geometry and wider sets in tooth pitches 2-3 and 3-4 have both been modified for this application.

In addition, the dimensions 67 x 1.60 mm has now been added to the product range.

The new tooth geometries of PROFLEX can be characterized by:

• higher blade life
• improved surface quality
• low burr formation
• reduced noise generation
